TheRecord Player is now compatible with Windows® 7. The following additional features and enhancements are also available.
You can now open recording properties to view information about the currently open recording.
You can save a copy of the current recording to another location.
To save in a different format you can now start TheRecord Manager, which is a companion program for the FTR Gold 5.5 suite.
TheRecord Manager - Basic Edition is free and is installed with TheRecord Player.
TheRecord Manager - Standard Edition is installed with purchased programs from the FTR Gold 5.5 suite. This edition supports saving to optical discs.
You can also extend the capabilities of TheRecord Manager by purchasing and installing one or more of a collection of modules. See TheRecord Manager help for details.
TheRecord Player is now compatible with TheRecord Manager - Warehouse Server (requires TheRecord Manager - Warehouse Client module). A warehouse server is a dedicated network storage location for FTR recordings and log sheets. It can be configured with multiple warehouse folders, which are used to save replicated recordings from groups of recorders.
